Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Consite24Hour website building service operated by Consite24Hour ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Consite24Hour provides website design and development services for contractors. Our standard package includes:
3.1 Pricing: The total first-year cost is $318 before applicable taxes ($250 website + $20 domain + $48 hosting). Subsequent years require only domain and hosting renewal ($68/year).
3.2 Payment Method: We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe payment processor. Payment is required in full before work begins.
3.3 Non-Refundable Fees: Domain registration and hosting fees are third-party costs and are non-refundable once processed.
4.1 24-Hour Guarantee: We guarantee delivery of your complete website within 24 hours of receiving all required information and payment confirmation.
4.2 Required Information: The 24-hour timeline begins when we receive: business name, services offered, contact information, logo (if available), 5-10 photos, and any specific text content.
4.3 Delays: If you do not provide complete information, the delivery timeline will be extended accordingly. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late information submission.
5.1 Included Revision: One round of revisions is included in the base price. A "round" means you can request multiple changes at once (text updates, photo swaps, color changes, etc.), and we will implement them together.
5.2 Revision Timeline: You have 30 days from initial delivery to use your included revision round. After 30 days, revision requests will be charged at $50 per round.
5.3 Additional Revisions: Additional revision rounds beyond the first are $50 each. Each round includes multiple changes submitted together.
5.4 Scope of Revisions: Revisions include content updates, photo replacements, color adjustments, and minor layout tweaks. Complete redesigns or structural changes may require additional fees.
6.1 24-Hour Guarantee Refund: If we fail to deliver your website within 24 hours of receiving complete information and payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the $250 website fee.
6.2 Satisfaction Refund: If you are not satisfied with the initial design and your included revision round, we will refund the $250 website fee. Domain and hosting fees are non-refundable as they are third-party costs already incurred.
6.3 Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial delivery. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
6.4 No Refunds After Approval: Once you approve the final website and it goes live, no refunds will be issued.
7.1 Domain Availability: If your desired domain is not available, we will contact you immediately with alternative suggestions. You must approve the alternative domain before we proceed.
7.2 Domain Ownership: The domain is registered in your name, and you retain full ownership.
7.3 Hosting Terms: Hosting is included for the first year. After one year, you must renew hosting at $48/year to keep your website online.
7.4 Hosting Cancellation: If you choose not to renew hosting, your website will be taken offline. We will provide 30 days notice before expiration.
8.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to content you provide (photos, text, logos, etc.). By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for creating your website.
8.2 Website Ownership: Upon final payment, you own the completed website. We may retain the right to showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
8.3 Stock Images: If we use stock images, you receive a license to use them on your website only. You may not use them for other purposes.

10.1 Service Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services ($318 maximum).
10.2 No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
10.3 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for failures or issues with third-party services (domain registrars, hosting providers, payment processors).
10.4 Website Performance: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that your website will be error-free at all times.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that your website will meet all your requirements or achieve specific business results.
12.1 By You: You may terminate services at any time before delivery begins for a full refund minus any third-party costs already incurred (domain, hosting).
12.2 By Us: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your website if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activities, or fail to pay renewal fees.
13.1 Informal Resolution: If you have a dispute, please contact us first at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution.
13.2 Arbitration: Any disputes not resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13.3 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
